| COA / LOA Number | Reference for any third-party authentication |
| Provenance Notes | Where it came from, when, from whom — and any supporting records |
| Purchase Date | When it entered the collection |
| Purchase Price | Original cost (for insurance and gain/loss tracking) |
| Photos Link | Link to a folder of front, back, edge, and detail photos |
| Storage Location | Where the item is physically kept |
| Estimated Value Source | Sold-listing reference, dealer quote, or appraisal record |
| Insurance Status | Scheduled / blanket / uninsured |
| Selling Priority | Hold / sell soon / keep forever / undecided |
